We use the information we collect to:
- Provide the Service: Create and manage your account, generate ads, process your creative briefs, and deliver the features you use.

AI Data Processing
Our Service uses artificial intelligence from third-party providers to generate ads, images, and copy. Here's how we handle your data in this context:
- Processing your requests: When you use AI features, your content (such as product images, brand details, and creative briefs) is sent to our AI providers for processing. This is necessary to deliver the Service.
- No training on your content without consent: We do not use your specific content to train AI models unless you explicitly opt in. Your brand data, product images, and creative outputs are yours.
- Anonymized data for improvement: We may use anonymized and aggregated data (data that cannot identify you or your brand) to improve the Service and our AI capabilities.
- AI provider policies: Our AI providers have their own data handling policies. When processing your requests through their APIs, your data is subject to their respective data usage policies, which generally do not use API inputs for model training.
